Dentists who place your comfort first

Discover dental care with a difference

Here, our experienced team help you feel at ease while providing you with the very best in personalised dental care.

Need a check-up or experiencing discomfort?

general checkups

You might like to think of a general check-up as your dental ‘warrant of fitness’. Coming in for regular check-ups means we can spot any potential problems early on and create a personalised treatment plan for your unique oral health needs.

Toothaches and emergencies

If you are suffering from acute pain in your teeth or gums, ring us straight away. We have time set aside every day to accommodate people who need to see a dentist urgently. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our very best to see you the same day and alleviate any discomfort you might be experiencing.

Snoring and sleep apnea

Snoring is more than simply an annoying habit. Besides creating broken sleep for individuals and their partners, it can also be an indicator of a much more serious medical condition called ‘sleep apnea’.

Family dentistry

At Carlton Dental Care we offer private dental care for children under age 13 at a reduced price, and free dental care for youth from Year 9 through to their 18th birthday (excluding orthodontic or cosmetic treatment).

Hygiene and gum treatments

Our mouths are filled with a myriad of nooks and crannies. Even with the most diligent home care, it is easy to miss small areas where plaque can accumulate and harden onto your teeth.

Tooth extractions

Sometimes it may be necessary to remove one or more teeth, whether due to infection, trauma, overcrowding or lack of space (as in the case of wisdom teeth). Our experienced dentists will let you know if extraction is necessary and explain your treatment options, including the replacement of any missing teeth.

Restorations

From chewing through three meals a day to forming our beautiful smiles, our pearly whites are constantly at work. Over time, these hard workers can start to suffer from wear and tear. Restorative dentistry includes the use of fillings, crowns and onlays to bring your teeth back to full function and minimise future damage.

Root canal treatments

A root canal treatment is often the last resort to save a natural tooth that has become severely infected. During a root canal treatment, the affected tooth is opened up and any damaged or infected tissue (known as ‘pulp’) inside the tooth is removed. The tooth is then cleaned and sealed to prevent further infection, and usually capped later with a dental crown for added strength.

Replacing missing teeth

If you have one or more missing teeth, we can restore your smile and function through the use of implants, bridges or dentures. These are all common solutions that each have their own role to play.

Cosmetic dentistry

Whether you are looking to brighten your smile with teeth whitening or reshape your teeth with veneers, we offer personalised treatments to meet your unique needs. Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing a comfortable experience, using state-of-the-art technology to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results.

Sedation dentistry

If you feel anxious about seeing a dentist, please know that you are not alone. Dental anxiety can be a huge hurdle for some people. At Carlton Dental Care we have gone the extra mile to create a safe, reassuring environment and our empathetic and caring staff are here for you at every step.

Dental services

Whether you need a regular check-up, are experiencing discomfort or even need help with snoring or sleep apnea, we have a wide range of services to take care of your dental health.

We welcome all ages, providing reduced rates for children under age 13 and free dental services for adolescents from Year 9 through to their 18th birthday.
